Gary Gross’s first adventure in commercial real estate was in 1971, when he purchased and sold property that was developed into a large five-garage building, servicing transmission repair.  Realizing the community need for successful commercial properties, he continued buying major thoroughfare property in the Bristol, Tennessee area.  Previously having owned and leased properties, particularly on the Volunteer Parkway in Bristol, Tennessee, inspired him to acquire today’s locations as seen on this website.  He is well known in the area for owning and maintaining prime retail properties.  His inventory of successful retail properties is reflective of his commitment to hands-on service.
